Paul Mulvin

General Manager

Paul is the General Manager of ffh. He joined in December 2002 and has worked in a number of roles including leading the Finance, Investment and Treasury and Reinsurance teams. In recent years Paul has played an extensive role in co-ordinating due diligence reviews for the Fairfax International Operations division.

Orla O’ Carroll

Director of Human Resources

Orla joined ffh in 2009 as Director of Human Resources with responsibility for Human Resources Management and Strategy Development for the company.

Shane O’Neill

Chief Information Officer

Shane joined ffh in 2013 as the Chief Information Officer. Shane is responsible for our Project Management Office; Client transition to our Application Platform, Technology Advisory Services and our Technology Infrastructure;

Robert Gleeson

Finance Manager

Robert joined ffh in October 2012 and currently has responsibility for the management of financial reporting for runoff reinsurance companies. Robert also manages financial due diligence projects for client companies.

Niall Tully

Director of Reinsurance Services

Niall is responsible for the delivery of reinsurance and financial reporting services to a number of client companies. He also supports ffh’s due diligence and Solvency II service offerings.

Clayton Plunkett

Director of Client Application Services

Clayton joined ffh in 2014. As Director of Client Application Services he has responsibility for the development and oversight of the Group Reporting Platform.

Peter Howley

Director of Financial Services

Peter joined ffh in 2015 as the Director of Financial Services with responsibility for providing financial oversight and assistance to client companies to ensure they meet required Fairfax standards.

Dermot Hudson

Director of Corporate Governance Services

Dermot joined ffh in 2014 as the Director of Corporate Governance Services with responsibility for our service offerings in Internal Audit, Risk Management and Compliance.
